Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to the full session fee. If JT Physio cancels an appointment, an alternative session will be offered at the next convenient date at no additional cost.
All patients will receive a service contract and will be asked to sign a consent form prior to their initial assessment. The first session will include a detailed discussion of your presenting condition, medical history, current medications, pain levels, and personal goals. Ongoing treatment sessions will then be guided by your individual goals, ensuring therapy is tailored to what matters most to you.
Following an operation on my right hip, I had regular physiotherapy sessions with Josie Townsend. What struck me most was not just her expertise in setting regular, incremental goals, but her psychological support, her understanding about the inevitable days when, hobbling around on crutches, I felt low.
